I would encourage prospective patients to keep looking and avoid Harmony United Psychiatric Care. My initial consultation went reasonably well, although I was concerned by the condition of the building and office environment. During that appointment, I specifically met with a provider I had carefully selected because I felt she would be the best fit for my needs. It was a strange experience even though I didn’t experience much. I called and scheduled a same day virtual consultation for 4pm. They contacted me at 1pm a few hours later to say that the doctor wanted an in-person initial consultation. However, the closest they could find was 2 and a half hours away from me. I can’t possibly fit a small road trip in my schedule for a psych eval, so they cancelled the appointment. Not a huge deal, but the customer service felt strange. Don't use them. They mess up the billing charge you multiple times and deny it. The staff is based offshore and barely speak English. Avoid at all costs.
