I had a wonderful experience with Harmony Beads when getting my bracelet fixed. I contacted them via email, posted my bracelet to them, and they had it repaired and mailed back to me within the week. The communication throughout the entire process was excellent, which gave me real peace of mind and trust. Steven was fantastic — clear, honest about the cost, and incredibly helpful. The whole process saved me travel time and was so convenient. I would highly recommend Harmony Beads to anyone needing jewellery repairs.
Wonderful selection of beading supplies and finished jewellery. I also had a necklace to be repaired which was done beautifully and promptly.
