Very poor customer service. Adam Smith dealers are not taking care of the customers he is about new building on the backs of his customers. Pls read all reviews before you deal with and of his 4 or 5 dealers
Worst customer service I have dealt with. Tried to do a rider to rider deal there and said they would and gave all information on bike, told me they would right up deal for me. Did credit app was approved then they said couldn't do the deal I wanted but they had a bike I could buy from them. Was approved for more than the bike I wanted. I advise to steer clear of them.

I'll admit, I was wrong in the beginning. Bret and his staff worked their butts off to get me on a Harley. And they did it. Y'all are awesome n double especially is Amber Bow. :) Loving my Dyna!
They have been wonderful in helping us finance a bike! Nick Cantu has been beyond helpful. I'll never look anywhere else for my bike needs
Terrible customer service. I bought a 2015 Road Glide so far it's been back in to fix an oil leak from the pushrods 3 times and is about to go back for the fourth time in 8 days. I have absolutely no faith in the competence of the service department.
