Went in for a visit, left with a bike. After a few question about likes and dislikes Jeff Kyle pulled out a couple bike and we went on a ride. I was hooked.

The staff was friendly and helpful but when it came to try to get a bike. Things went bad. Was told I could not be financed. I had to hav no less than half the cost of the bike, even used. When I was leaving I was given go to hell looks, looked down on I was trash. The couple of the staff became rude and they were who was friendly when I first walked in. Sad.

If you want to buy a bike this is the place. The staff is amazing they walk you through everything every detail and follow up with the service that they provided which is really nice because you don't see that a lot.

I am almost 9 months pregnant and the truck that I was driving book down at the red light by the shop and all the workers came and helped my husband push me and my daughter out of the road and offered us soda and water and let my daughter look at the bikes .... such great man here y'all are truly amazing we like New Orleans hello kitty guy lol

This people are not who they say they are they jacked my uncle with fake signed papers that he didnt sign along with other stuff he has a lawyer going to be something done....look out he's coming for you!!!

I ran out of driving hours truckin through Waco this afternoon and I walked in Harley of Waco to walk off my dinner. I met Brad Bish who was eager to help me find the right bike. I explained that I was just killing some time and he gave me the five cent tour of the store then he said "let's go for a ride!" What do say to that? "HELL YEAH!!" Bought my second Harley from Adam Smith and would recommend them. Even though I felt I knew what I wanted, they still offered info about a comparable bike (Roadglide v. Streetglide) so that I knew what else is available before making my decision. After some haggling back and forth, we were able to reach a deal that I think was fair to both sides. Each time I stop by, they make you feel like family. Only thing that kept them from 5 stars is its hard to get an idea of the "sticker price." They deal primarily based on where you... read more

Tony Cader helped me pick out my 2016 sportster 1200 and the shop foreman for installed my sissy bar. I believe that they made up a great team. I will go back for any future purchases .
