My wife and I bought our 5th Harley from the Waco dealership. We'll never go anywhere else. They always treat us like family, because we are! Chan has been our salesman for our last 3 bikes. Gary works miracles getting the financing that works for us. Brandy takes the time to go over all the paperwork in a way that anyone can understand Will in parts. Sorry I can't think of everyone's name, but we'd like to thank you all from the bottom of our hearts. The whole team is awesome!!!

Had a great buying experience, thanks to Tony Cader, my salesman and Gary, the tall nervous one. Excellent advise on the accessories, and the gal that fitted the helmets was super polite, service and parts walked me thru what they provide, and most importantly the bike was ready and delivered as promised. 2016 Road Glide. I went to Harley to look for a gift for my husband, came out with a 2016 Road glide special!!! Our salesman Jyames Davila was very helpful and knowledgable of the bike we had interest in among others! I'm very pleased with the entire staff at Harley! Thank y'all!! Have to say that this was one of the best customer service I have ever had from a Harley dealership. We were greeted as soon as we rode up and well taken care of all day long as we waited for our new bike to arrive. Thanks for the tour through the dealership and when the bike finally arrived the pit crew was all over it. Thanks to Gary, Matt, Lee, William and of course can't leave out Chan. I can not say enough about the crew at Adam Smith Harley Davidson Waco!Gary was terrific in helping me purchase my 2015 sportster 48.The crew here is all around friendly from the moment I walked in the dealership to the gentleman who delivered my bike over a hour and a half away.I am not the easiest customer to deal with by any means and not once did I feel pressured into purchasing a bike throughout the entire purchase.This is my second Harley purchase 1st from Adam Smith and will not be my last. Went in today just to look around... Rolled out on a brand new Street Glide... Brad, Will and Brandy were great and moved the process along quickly. The rest of the staff was great as well.
The bike is really nice. The folks that work there are nice and polite... have no personal complaints.... but there policies they have after you purchase a new bike from them are bullshit..... Would like to say the bike and employees get a higher rating....
