Late Monday afternoon had flat tire in Moody, TX. I live in Fort Worth, on way home. I called HD Waco and talked to Matt. Asked if I got my bike there if they could mount new tire. He said yes. Got there about 5. Ended up putting 2 tires and rear brake pads on. Done by 7. Very pleased! Thank you HD Waco!
I have not had a problem got my 2016 fat bob 6 months ago and all service is and have been great from parts to service can't wait to get my new exhaust and intake ordered. Guys help me out.
For the most part you guys are great ... What isn't so great is your service Dept and how they treat people ... I know someone who came in to have his motorcycle checked out and the service sucked ... Ended up taking it to Horny Toads .. Where it got fixed ...

Was sitting overnight at the J next door so I wandered over just to browse. I bought a 2016 Low Rider a few months ago from Myers -Duren in Tulsa. Now I'm looking at ways to customize it. Great service, extremely friendly and helpful folks but not pushy. If I lived in the area I'd certainly give them my business.
Very nice to honor our first responders, along with the Hooters Wings, & bike wash. An excellent turn out.
Great place to get hooked up. Talk to Caz he will treat you like family.. He will take good care of you.
As a Team Member, I can say that I love this place, and all my Teammates. Very fun environment, always something exciting.
