The staff here were extremely rude and unprofessional. Their behavior was disrespectful, and I felt uncomfortable with the way they treated customers. The service was very poor and unacceptable. This kind of attitude is not appropriate for a business that deals with customers.
I had a very bad experience with Hardy Truck & Trailer Repair Service. The service quality is terrible and the staff are very rude and unprofessional. They start doing repairs without the customer’s permission and then try to charge you for those services. It seems like they intentionally add unnecessary and expensive repairs just to increase the final bill. Make sure before doing business with them. 1. If you call them and they will tell you come over you will be next, but when you go there you have to wait for a day and next day they will fix your truck even if it's not much work. 2. Make sure with how much do they charge you if you leave your truck there for small things to fix but they will give a big bill with fixing other things too that you never asked them. So basically they don't like small bill.
Nice people got me right with fixing my radiator leak and alignment and prices was good
