Signed a contract in January and gave him 50% down. Called him repeatedly. He finally picked up in March when I used another phone number. Started the work in April. I moved all my first floor furniture into my garage so that he could refinish the floors and install new hardwood in 2 rooms. Long story, short - I had to hire another company to finish up the work. Tom did a terrific job on my floors. They look amazing.
The process took way too long like over a month. The finished product was terrible. I will need to have another company come and sand all over again.
Installed 800 sq ft of hardwood flooring and sanded & refinished the entire area matching the color to our existing floors……
Tom & crew sanded & refinished my floors in my home before moving in. Loved the grey stain color........
