I originally hired a different company to refinish our floors before finding Hardwood Perfections. This other company was very hard to get a hold of, they were not consistent with their work schedule, and the end result was so bad it brought me to tears and made me sick. I called Vlad at Hardwood Perfections afterwards and explained to him what happened. Vlad was sensitive to our situation and was very easy to deal with.
