Hardware Sales in Bellingham is incredible. About anything you need for just about anything they will almost always have it. It's pretty common to hear Lowes, Home Depot, True Value or any of those places say: Sorry we don't have it, but Hardware Sales will have it. I also have to add that I've never found a employee that wasn't helpful and knowledgable at H.Sales.
Really stupid that they're closed on Sundays. Busiest day of the week for every other hardware store, and they're closed. Just astronomically dumb.
I really did move here from Seattle because of H.S. I design unique things for Art, Animatronics, Puppetry etc. and if I need something, they almost always have the hardware.. or will order it. GREAT Folks for advise as well. My only problem is going for one thing, finding it.. and then spending the next few hours wandering and marveling at all the other stock.
Customer service at the office furniture store of Hardware Sales is incredible. There are some really great deals to be had, too! For our initial sale they were incredibly helpful and kind, and when we had to exchange the item the transaction was quick and easy, even though I couldn't find my receipt. I will definitely be a return customer!
I love this store with my whole wide life. I want it for my birthday. Every city needs one of these stores.
I stopped by HWS this afternoon with my husband for a few plumbing supplies. We decided to wander back to the garden section to look for supplies for the new adventure of growing a cut flower garden. Westly (I believe that was his name) was beyond helpful, enthusiastic & very knowledgeable about starting a greenhouse. He was encouraging & thoughtful and very professional and personable. I’m happy to have found a local place where I will be able to go & not only get good advice and quality supplies, but good prices too! 😊
