I just picked up my screen door that they rescreeneed with pawproof screning. They did such a lovely job, even washed the frame that I should have done before bringing it in. They sent it downstairs so I wouldn't have to huff up the steps on my bum knee and it was $10 less than they said ot would be. I love this place!
Rented a jackhammer this week. They were so helpful! Talking to the people at Hardware Sales gave me confidence to get the job done.
I had an issue a few weeks ago with something not done right in the service dept. I left a complaint and really wasn't expecting to hear much back. In less than 24 hours my complaint was addressed and taken care of. I just want to say thanks to the team that took care of it. Mistakes happen and hardware sales did more than make up for it. Great people, great business.
