We recently moved to the Hardin Valley area and tried to get our child in as they say they are currently taking new patients. We were told we weren’t able to be seen because we have no shows on file at their sister location…? Which is either not correct or not something that has ever been mentioned to us. Kind of funny considering we called her old office and they were more than happy to help us and schedule an appointment. Front office staff were amazing — I believe they’re both named Nikki and they were so kind and welcoming. Marta is truly wonderful and such a great listener. It had been a long time since I last scheduled with them, but they were very understanding and worked hard to get my son in as soon as possible, especially considering his complex medical needs. Nurse Melissa was so loving and gentle with my boy, which meant more to me than I can say. I’m very grateful for the compassion and kindness this whole team showed our family.
Wonderful practice all the way around. The front desk ladies are delightful as well as EVERY nurse I have ever interacted with. Dr. Jennifer Jaynes is a top notch pediatrician and our family loves her. She is so sweet to my son and always allows me to ask any question I have and never ever rushes me out of her office. I feel extremely lucky we have such a wonderful pediatrician.
