Front office staff were amazing — I believe they’re both named Nikki and they were so kind and welcoming. Marta is truly wonderful and such a great listener. It had been a long time since I last scheduled with them, but they were very understanding and worked hard to get my son in as soon as possible, especially considering his complex medical needs. Nurse Melissa was so loving and gentle with my boy, which meant more to me than I can say. I’m very grateful for the compassion and kindness this whole team showed our family.
Wonderful practice all the way around. The front desk ladies are delightful as well as EVERY nurse I have ever interacted with. Dr. Jennifer Jaynes is a top notch pediatrician and our family loves her. She is so sweet to my son and always allows me to ask any question I have and never ever rushes me out of her office. I feel extremely lucky we have such a wonderful pediatrician. The front staff was rude from the first time I ever called, but was referred to Dr. Jayne’s by a trusted source so I gave them a chance against my better judgment. I stuck it out with them through their shot schedule with my first one, then had my second child and got off track of their schedule for a short time while I cared for my sick dog. They sent me a letter in the mail and had dropped both of my children with no heads up or opportunity to amend.
Hardin Valley Pediatrics provides such good care to our family. From the moment we began with this practice, the front office staff have always been so patient, friendly, and professional. (They also provide the best stickers ☺️!) Dr. Jaynes will forever be my hero. She was the first to listen to my concerns and direct our family to resources that have helped our children thrive. When Dr. Jaynes is out of office or booked, Marta has always been so patient and thorough with us. We love Hardin Valley Pediatrics! 10/10 🌟
