Very poor management not to mention their management Lisa Oakley needs an attitude adjustment shes rude an shows everyone how shes a bitch an treats workers like shit unless ur her pet or the buddy system an she preys on using ppl if anyone is desperate to work at this place make sure you know what ur getting in to cuz the district manager Ron dont give a shit he lets them run wild so yes very very poor management!!!!!!

For years as a coach/bus driver/AD I've enjoyed taking my teams to the Hardees in Granite Falls and gotten a complementary meal for bringing the team in...no questions asked :) We've stopped a couple times in hutch and they've begrudgingly comped my meal but not today...they have new management...whatever...we'll be stopping the bus at BK in hutch from now on
This is what the two cheeseburger slider burger meal should come with. Please train your Sunday workers on how to make the correct meals. Very poor service on Sunday October 14th around 5:00pm. Oh my they need help.
Arrived to order today around lunchtime...no one was waiting to be served. There was one person serving ...but he seemed to be serving the drive through customers only. Waited ...and waited.... finally we walked out. Very disappointing as we were looking forward to the food. Ate in a competitors restaurant instead!!

When you go to Hardee's and first they don't give you part of you meal and try and act like you didn't order it but you have the receipt in your hands and than you go sit down to eat your sandwich and find a red long hair in your burger. Walk up to have the counter person say god will you help her and all you get is a fixed sandwich and a sorry � thanks I really have an appetite now! Not to mention 4 people's orders got fucked up when we were there. Get it together please.
Waited 20 minutes for food, when we did get it the chicken sandwich that we ordered had Mayo, that was specifically ordered without due to allergies but they did try to wipe it off the top of the sandwich but they missed the bottom completely! The chicken strips were dripping with grease and were absolutely tasteless! And what did we get??? A card for a free meal! Doubtful it will ever get used! Horrible stop during a long day of traveling.
