Horrible service waited over a half hour for our food. This is not fast food. I could get my food faster at a full service restaurant.
If I could give them 0 stars... I would. I ordered chicken tenders and curly fries- the tenders were so soggy the breading wouldn't even stay on the meat. They were full of oil. The fries were cold and dry like they were sitting out for a while. I got so sick from this crap I threw up in a gas station bathroom. I don't like to complain during business hours because I know that it's hard to handle complaints during dinner rush but is it really that hard to fry some pre frozen chicken tenders and fries??
Last weekend, I got home from Hardee's and my order was, once again, wrong. I spoke to a manager who apologized and said he would send me some coupons to compensate for my trouble. It's now more than a week later, and I never received any coupons. Your service is beyond poor.
omg dumpy dirty joint!! The kids working were slow unkempt and oblivious. We waited 20 minutes for our food. The kid taking our order was chewing on a fork the whole time we were there!! he set food on our table and just walked away. horrible. never again
