We tried the honey butter biscuits and the strawberry shortcake biscuits this morning. The food itself was great, but the service not so much. We waited 25 minutes to get our food, then when we finally got it, the order was not right. We normally have excellent service.
It was friendly,fast service and they even put ketchup in my bag before I could ask them for some. Food was fresh and hot. My kinda place !! Thumps up to Hardee's in Homewood Alabama !!
They want employees to do to much for EXTREMELY LITTLE PAY (unclog toilets) they dnt acknowledge anything good the head man scares the life out the whole store!!! And the manager has a smart mouth and is unfair on position available to crew
This is my favorite burger place in town. That being said, today was an exception to that rule. Burgers under cooked, went back got new burgers, still under cooked. Figured out that they were par cooked and not run thru the broiler. Tasted just like the "other fellows". Not good. The wonderful young lady tried to fix the problem, even giving us hot fries. The place was spotless, the staff was friendly, all smiling faces. Just one problem, undercooked meat.
