From the moment we arrived at this property, we were greeted with a smile and treated as if we were important guests. The friendliness of the staff left a lasting impression on us all. In fact, our 11 year old daughter made a comment about how attentive the hotel employees were. Our satisfaction continued beyond check-in when we saw a life-sized gingerbread house which had been made from scratch by the hotel's executive chef. We had a suite & our room was freezing. The thermostat stayed at 66 degrees when it was 17 degrees outside. We had the maintenance check it out but all they did was check the batteries and said it should help. No, we froze all night.
Hotel and staff are great. But payout on the machines are EXTREMELY low....max bet on a dollar machine spins 3 times and only paid out $30.....The Joint is great, not a bad seat in the house. But won't play the machines there again.

Used to be the best, ive been going for years and stay there alot, Win ratio has gone to S@#t!!! They will not let me win anything anymore, ive got a host that ive got to hunt down to ask for anything, its just not fun anymore, therefore after river spirit numerous attempts by their V.I.P hosts somehow getting my info they have offered the same status at their casino so will be going there from now on, yr welcome hardrock for me paying the electric bill for the last 12 months an nothing on the good side
We have stayed in the Cherokee section before and didn't like it. It's noisy, it stink and the thermostat will only go down to 68, when you have hot flashes that isn't low enough!! We decided we'd stay here again last night. I won't be back. After requesting one of the towers we were again out in the Cherokee. It still stinks, the room even worse than the hall. I recently visited the new Hard Rock Spa. It was amazing! The ladies really know how to take care of you. Jade, Megan, and Emily were just a few ppl that I got to work with. I got a massage,facial, manicure and pedicure. They even served us lunch during my pedicure. We had the best time! Great customer service. Will be going back!!
