Atmosphere was cool! Food was crap. Super small portions of fajitas and BBQ chicken was super dry. Ribs were super tough. For the price I expected much better food.
I attended a surprise bday dinner there Thursday night. The waiter was very nice & helpful with explaining the menu & recommending great drink choices. The food was really good & the ladies bathroom has a mirror to die for. Overall it was a great experience, we even took a group pic on the stage. I will definitely return.
Wow!! Hard Rock has gone down hill. We had drinks and appetizers. Beer like especially dirty and the worst wings in Dallas. We will not be going back.
I like the costumer service but I been to others and this one didn't live me Whit my mouth open I didn't think that it look like a cool Hard Rock.
When ever I travel to new cities and counties, I always like to dine at a Hard Rock and explore the unique atmosphere of each cafe. I was a little disappointed in the Dallas Texas hardrock. I must honestly say it had the least amount of sizzle and glamour of any other location I've ever seen. My recommendation for hard rock corporate leaders, is to make a trip to Dallas, check it out for yourself. It lacks the Hard Rock feel I'm used to at other locations. It's as if they took an old luxury restaurant and converted it over to a Hard Rock. It didn't feel like a hard rock. Food was ok and what you expect at hard rock. Mechandise was pretty good quality and a nice variety.
Myself and the wife went in for lunch, the waiter/bar tender handled our table and other tables effortlessly. Our skins were delayed abd the mgr came and explained and also offered a complimentary salad. What's not to like? The food was good not great but we will visit again.
We were fof lunch just yesterday, we usually do a Sunday lunch just three of us friends! I wish I could REMEMBER our server's name but she was the best she did the most. She sold a drink that came with a glass to my friend then she went into deal on this one sandwhich and ended up making another sale to her. I mean she was just awesome.
