The ambience was great!!! Service was fast and we received our order hot and ready!!

Worst service I've ever experienced. Took over 45 min to get food. And it wasn't even good. McDonald's would have been a better choice. The manager was only worried about how the food tasted. I will not be coming back to the Hard Rock
Took a vacation in LA for the very first time in May 2014 from Nova Scotia, Canada. This was the first place we went for supper after we settled into our hotel room. The staff were so friendly. One of the staff members put music videos from the 'Twilight' series on the screens for my friends and I since Twilight is how we all met, and our LA vacation was the first time we all met in person since two are from New York, Two from Peru and I am from Canada. Amazing environment and the food was delicious!

Always a party in there and incredible friendly and caring staff
I enjoyed the Hard Rock each time we visit. We have visted them from Washington DC to California, Japan to the Philippines and Germany to Dubai.
