I have been to many Hard Rock Café throughout the world . I had awesome experiences but this hard rock café made my b-day unspecial. The pulled pork ribs were a little pink. Than the manager says to my bf "we don't just microwave the food so you could have it right away"? I always thought you helped customer to have a pleasant experience. This was not at this location.
So.... Staff was friendly.I thought the food was not unique and not even warm by the time I got it. Made the inflated bill harder to pay. Sorry.
Good service ,I like it there .my 7 year old loves it , barbecue ribs are delicious and those hot wings �

Sat at the bar and received great service even though we were just there for a drink and some apps. Phenomenal location, there was a movie premiere just outside!
I had high expectations for this place. Although my daughter had a great time for her birthday, it was egh. I have spent less money for better food at other places. The fact that I had reservations and still had to wait 20 minutes was one star off, then they had the audacity to give me some BS story that my reservation wasn't really a reservation and that some other walk ins got there right before us and they had a lot of people blah blah blah, it doesn't matter, if my reservation wasn't really a reservation then you should ... read more
