I NEVER post anything like this but me and my friends are seriously disturbed and disgusted. Currently staying at Hardrock Casino and Hotel Resort Biloxi and let me say that I’m VERY disappointed. After a long night of spending money at THEIR establishment we got back to our room, we unfolded the bed to find DRY RED VOMIT on the sheets and splattered all over the night stand. Room was booked directly on their website not a 3rd party site. We drove from West Virginia to Florida and over to Mississippi. Thankfully, I called to inquire about an early check in. We were over 2 hours into our trip over to the hotel from Florida. That’s when the front desk informed me that my debit card declined (yet the bank has no recognition or details of anything declining from anywhere on Our trip) and was told that to book the room again was double the price it initially was to begin with. They are too stingy to pay their workers (dealers I know) during this pandemic. It’s disgusting & I urge people to boycott them.
