This was by FAR the most disgusting place I’ve been to in Biloxi. I felt weary all night with the smell of marijuana on most of the customers. The bathroom in the casino is a unisex place and not very secure. I observed several people doing suspicious activity and also withnessed someone snorting a powdery substance from the shared restroom sink!! Disgusting and management laughs when I reported it. I felt like I was in the ghetto. No joke.
Had a great time with my daughter, we had a blast at the pool and enjoyed the food. I was glad I got to take her to the tier renewal event and she was happy about the chocolate chip cookies ���
I have experienced two "concerts" at the Hard Rock. One time I had general admission tickets and stood on the floor in a large bar room like setting. My mistake. Never again. Then, after the passage of some three years I tried again. This time I bought two expensive balcony seats. Good view and good seats. BUT, how ridiculous is it that the artist, Billy Currington, can only play for maybe an hour..hour and fifteen?!?. Never again! Ever. Not worth the money for the value received. Like the casino and all the stuff that it offers but can not stand the Cigarette smoke smell even tasted the smoke in the Buffett. Yecky
Overall it is a good casino and hotel. Very nice and well kept up. Only issue I had was the bathroom is not completely enclosed. The toilet and shower are but the sink area has no door or a wall between it and the bedroom
I can definitely say I had a good time and I will be back
Thursday we stayed on the 10th floor of the Hard Rock. The music was so loud we could not sleep. The music was coming from the hotel desk area. When we complained the women could be heard laughing at us. The operator finally apologized for the laughing, but the noise continued. We turned in our room keys at 9:30 pm along with both of our players club cards. We have checked out of hard rock casino FOREVER!!
The girl that checked us in was awesome,the room we had was “comped”and she still gave us a upgrade. Was a great time for the 60 th , will b back
