Drinks were very weak! A little pricy for what you get in return. Friendly staff and fun atmosphere though.

Atmosphere is awesome and shorty the bar maid is next too nothing
UPDATE 1/17 - my parents returned at the invitation of the manager and had a wonderful time. Their food was delicious and service was excellent! Thank you Hard Rock - Chicago for making this right! I would like to update my previous review, below. The assistant manager followed up very quickly to address our concerns from our last visit. Great food, great memorabilia but even better staff; from the kitchen to the dining room to the gift shop!!!
