The food was great and our server Charles was awesome! The only bad thing was that we were getting up to go in the shop and I had half my pina colada left that I was going to take with me to walk around and the guy cleared the table, pouring water into my drink before I could grab it. I told him I was going to take it with me and he just looked at me. Wasted half my drink because he couldn't wait until we left the table. Not very happy about that!
Never even got to the meal. Made a reservation online for four of us - including my two kids four and six. Paid $10 for a cab over from our hotel and check in with the host only for the manager to come it and sell us a lame excuse that the reservation program has been acting up and they can't accept any parties. The restaurant was virtually empty. I then questioned him why if they couldn't accept the reservation made in their website why no one bothered to call me to which he looked dumbfounded and said they called everyone.... read more
