me and my girlfriend a fair tonight and we had a good time. Our waitress Mandy was top-notch, the food was delicious and the strawberry basil lemonade I will go back for that every time. If you're in the area stop there you'll get a good meal

Me and my boyfriend drove from Ohio to see Chicago and eat there and he ordered the Salmon cesaer salad & within 4-5 hours of eating was puking heavily. It was the only thing we had eaten in like two days due to traveling, along with the rest of our group having diarrhea. We called them about him puking & they told us there was nothing they could do about it ! I will NEVER eat there again. $100+ on two people just for it to end up puked in a toilet or trash can. The only good part of the trip was our AMAZING server Josh !

We had the best experience at the Hard Rock Cafe Chicago while we were celebrating my boyfriend’s birthday. Our service was outstanding. Shane was incredible; so helpful and engaging. He gave us recommendations of things to do while we were visiting the city. Let’s talk about the cleaning and environment. This place was amazing.
