I'm very upset my husband and I purchased these tickets which were not cheap and got stranded after the concert! We waited over an hour and no one at Hard Rock offered any solutions and told us we had to find our own way back to our hotels. Not classy at all and very upsetting to deal with after an Epic Metallica concert!!

My first time to a Hard Rock and it did not disappoint. Our server, Mad Max, was great! Wings and the pulled pork were delicious and my husband enjoyed his chicken fajitas. While the background music was far from the hard rock I expected (they were literally playing Bruno Mars at one point wtf) we did have a laugh and enjoyed the live band karaoke performances.
Atmosphere was great and the food was amazing and our waitress Jocelyn was extremely attentive to us, loved chatting with her and she made the whole experience absolutely perfect!

Didn't eat here - just stopped in the shop to buy a pin for my collection. Had to pay $15 to park in order to buy two pins and use the restroom. That's life in the city, I suppose. The shop clerks were very helpful telling me the difference in pins marked "limited" and those marked "exclusive". Bathrooms were okay.

Starter was good but the ribs we had for the main course were very poor. They weren't hot enough and it was not easy to get the meat off them. Very expensive too. Have been to lots of other Hard Rocks and had excellent meals. Very disappointed.

The waitress we had was really mean and made us feel like we were an inconvenience. The food was okay.
