Got the BBQ bacon burger with chicken instead of hamburger. Amazing! Jose is a great server! So glad he told me I could get it with chicken. Thank you!

Awesome burgers and Nachos, great service with a great assortment of Beer.
The food was amazing and arrived very fast. There was a youth jazz concert going on that took up a lot of space but the Hard Rock management did an excellent job of taking care of the other customers. This was my 14th or 15th Hard Rock Cafe and I was not disappointed.

We love Hard Cafe and Chicago was no exception and may have been our favorite to date! The customer service was excellent and everyone was so friendly! The guy at the gift shop gifted me some sweet swag for my birthday so all around top service! Would definitely recommend them to anyone who is a fan of the atmosphere and food!
