Venue is really cool. Atmosphere and service were solid. It made the experience with location worth the trip. Food...I had a cheeseburger which was honestly below average and underdone for medium well. For value of food I was really disappointed with the quality of food vs the value I was paying. I at lunch the following day at Portillo's which is litterally on the opposite side of the intersection, spent half the money and had twice as good of a meal in an amazing venue that for atmosphere probably equals Hard Rock Cafe. Service was exceptional...I wish I could remember her name but she was super engaging and a delightful server!!! We were there about 4pm or so on the 2nd.

Every time I make it to Chicago, I stop here. The service is fun and excellent. Our drinks seem bottomless. The food is spectacular. And the fun doesn't stop. I brought my kids with me and the waitress had planned to seat us in a smaller booth. The host insisted we take a bigger booth so the kids had run around room. They even brought out an acoustic guitar and let my babies pretend to be Rockstars. I've been coming here since I was a kid and I have never had a bad experience. These guys ace it every time! Everything excellent!! Hunter is awesome..helped me sign up for the rewards club. Super nice, excellent server!! Cashier at gift shop was nice and helpful! Awesome experience!!! Don't miss this place!! Oh and the food was fabulous. Hamburger was perfectly done and tasty! Made my day!!

A favorite spot of mine. It may be a common tourist destination, but a die-hard rocker will find home in these walls. While the food is rather general for these types of franchises, it is good nonetheless and served in a place filled with rock history, and the air is filled with music. Service has always been top notch, many servers and bartenders are familiar faces in my annual visits.

My daughter and I ate there yesterday and the burgers were perfect our server, Hunter, was great. We enjoyed the whole experience. We will definitely be back when we are in the Chicago area. Would highly recommend
