INCREDIBLE BBQ. It's a strange setup, but there are signs to help and the staff is very friendly. If you have one shot to find great BBQ in the Dallas area, go here.
Thanks so hard to celebrate my sons make a wish wish. I'm so grateful for the staff accommodating our group and being very patient with all of us. I also thank them for the shirt that my son was gifted, as he is super excited to represent Hard Eight. The food was delicious as always and we will come back !

The meats were absolutely delicious and moist. The right amount of smoke flavor and the sweet potato fries were yummy! Gotta go here!

The atmosphere, the smoke aroma, the staff, the food, the entire experience was just that--"an experience." It isn't often that I take pictures of the food making process to share with friends. This place is a rare exception. I only had the ribs, jalapeño sausage and brisket--and they were all phenomenal. I can't recall having eaten a better brisket. Get to HardEight early!! Lines get long and when they're out of something they're out. But it's worth every minute of the wait!! We come once a year when we're in town for a conference-can't wait for the brisket & poppers!!!
