I am a BBQ snob!! I loved the Brisket... jalapeños sausage was great, beware of the heat. Cherry cobbler was an 8 out of 10. I would not get the chicken popper again. Why waste space when the Brisket is so good...

Great place to either grab and go or sit and savor the awesome choices off the menu! They keep a big ol' pot of beans heated for dine in only & man are them some good beans!! I had a 3 meat platter, best way to sample some choice meats! My plate was Ribs, sliced brisket & pulled pork with 'Tater salad' and cole slaw as my usual sides anytime I have some BBQ and they didn't disappoint me! Rudy's moist brisket is far superior to what I ate last night at this place... and it's cheaper by the pound too! They also have a bottleneck in the order taking and serving process. Lots of empty tables but there's a long line out the door.
I can truely say that Hard Eight never disappoints! Consistent quality of food, friendly staff and the wait time is very short for the long lines. If you haven't been, go and check it out!
Everything we got was delicious. We had prime rib, brisket, and the kebabs. The brisket was the absolute best I've ever had hands down. We will definitely be coming back!
