The banana pudding and jalapeño cream corn were the best I've had!!
I had the Ribeye on Sunday. Omg! Knife just sliced like butter. Great steak. Tonight I had the Brisket. Yum yum yum. Wish we had this in California

Visiting from Georgia and stopped in before I left. Best decision ever. I usually come once a year for Cowboys games and we have stopped and several places in the past and never understood why Texas BBQ was such a big deal, Hard Eight changed my mind. Pork shoulder, too me, was the best I've ever had. I even took some rub home to try to recreate. Stop by if you are close
It is a fun place with a great atmosphere, but the barbecue is just okay and awfully expensive. The brisket was tough and stringy, but the smoked sausage was delicious.
Fantastic BBQ. Brisket, Sausage, grilled corn and banana pudding were the best.
The food was phenomenal. I ordered the brisket lunch sandwich special, some sausage, and a couple chicken poppers. I have had bbq many places across the south and this rivaled the best.
Absolutely amazing experience! I’m not a big BBQ girl but WOW the food was amazing. Customer service was excellent and guided us through the order process. Very wide selection of meats and sides available. The eclectic vibe is great. We were lucky enough to meet the pit master who exudes his love and dedication for this killer spot and their process/customer service. Heading back to FL tomorrow and we will miss this place.
