I have had an extremely frustrating experience with CAPREIT Management. There are constant issues, and getting a clear, direct response from the office is nearly impossible. Instead of addressing the actual concern, staff often repeat the same scripted responses without demonstrating any understanding of the issue being raised. Maintenance is another major problem. This has been one of the worst management experiences I’ve ever had. The people in the rental office often come across as rude and dismissive, with a very bossy tone. Not to mention, the apartments are infested with roaches and rats. I would strongly recommend looking for better housing options elsewhere. I wish I could give 0 stars.
Too much cockroaches, bedbugs, rodents in the apartment building. They also scammed me of $23.01 CAD
