BEWARE OF THE FAKE REVIEWS FROM THE LAST THREE YEARS! I wish I had known this before moving in, but don't believe the recent 5-star reviews. Most of them popped up in the last three years and are clearly fake to hide how bad this place actually is. The building is crawling with bedbugs and cockroaches. I am extremely disappointed with the ongoing maintenance issues and lack of accountability at this apartment building. Since November 2024, water has been leaking into our storage room, and despite raising multiple maintenance tickets over more than a year, the issue has not been adequately resolved. I spoke with two managers and repeatedly informed the maintenance office that the leakage worsens during heavy rain and snow.
