I love the convenience of making appointments, whether virtual or in person at either my PCP or Urgent Care offices. I feel like whether I need urgent care or chronic care, I know Hoag will take care of me. 10 stars, A+ service!! And I definitely want to call out my providers Dr Alisha Jivraj and Jenny Galich, NP who have been amazing at taking care of my health needs. The best team is Hoag!
Nurses and assistants were demeaning and had little bedside manner.
Fast and professional
The staff are courteous, caring, friendly and very accommodating. I was seen by an attendant, being it was after hours and all doctors had gone. She was very concerned about my situation and handled the situation with kit gloves. She was very kind and gentle. Got me back on foot and with great instructions which I have followed to a T. I'm now mobile and in no pain unless I get bumped on that spot. It will take awhile but I feeling so much better Thank you Hoag Urgent Care for being in our neighborhood.
