had an appointment at 11:15 a.m. waited 2 hours just to be ignored and not seen by my doctor or staff. was never told whether he was running late never was offered to reschedule. I won't be going back. this has been like this every visit that I go.

I placed an order to have flowers delivered to my friend, who was a patient at Harborview Medical Center. I received an email notice from the flower company that the flowers were delivered, however, my friend never got the flowers. When I called the hospital to ask about it, the person who answered the phone didn't know what to tell me. That's $40 down the drain. 🙄
RecommendedHave had two surgeries there and what a wonderful hospital and staff. Cannot say enough about Dr Kennedy and Dr Sangeorzan’s.
Shame on UW hospital and Harborview hospital ER and medical center .Front-line worker members at the UW need plexiglass shields to stay safe, but management said NO—so AFSCME Council 28 siblings went to the UW with construction supplies and built them!
RecommendedGreat for trauma! Or anything that requires a specialty clinic. Just don’t pop in the Er for a toothache or a hang nail (unless it’s infected 😱) they’ll help you and most of the time they’ll be nice about it, but seriously — leave the Er for emergencies!! 🙌🏻
