UW could improve their employment practices by encouraging and hiring older women, especially in their MSW program. The high-tech admission process could be made easier for older students who do not have a lot of high tech experience or training.

Extremely friendly, helpful, caring nurses and staff. Knowledgeable, understanding, made my stay there easier to deal with, experience, and just have the peace of mind that someone was always available 24/7 when needed.
