Great food. Great service. Beautiful view of the sunset.
I can't say enough about this place!! The food is amazing and the customer service is off the chart awesome! I live 3 hours away, but every single time I come to Winter Haven (even if it's only for 1 day) I ALWAYS stop here to eat! Please keep up the great job, you guys know great business!!!
Trisha is a great server. The Floatilla got rained out and they got slammed. Her and the Harborside team stepped up and no beer went dry. Thank you.

I have been to Harborside many MANY times. It was always "ok" just because I wanted a drink and see live bands play. It is a better place now that Dawn and David have taken over. You may have to wait a little while to get your drinks and food now, but it is well worth the wait. This is not fast-food so chill! The blue point oysters were magnificent. I have been to the new Harborside 5 times including first week of opening. Only once have I had decent food and service. Staff is one of the most challenged I have saw and it is easy to tell they are having problems keeping staff with large turnover. I think the look of the facilty is very nice and just sad food quality and employees do not live up to the level of what it could be or even close to the food quality of the past Harborside that was a much better level of experiences for me. Went there for dinner tonight and was surprised at the selection and service. Had grilled MahiMahi which was AWESOME! Also tried the Seafood skins. Unique and could have made a meal out of those. Only down side was that the salad was spicy. I don't do spicy. Service was excellent.
