Great view, great drinks.
Food was good. View from booths was great overlooking the lake. No one wanted to sit at the tables and I don't blame them.
We had horrible service tonight. Some of our party showed up before others and ordered food first. However, once the other people got there some 20 minutes or so later and ordered, all of the food came out at once. So the people who ordered first got cold food and the people who ordered 20 minuted after had warm food. I myself came a little after others, and all the waiter asked me was did you want a salad. I hosted a birthday party here and have never been more disappointed in a restaurant. Cold, bloody, gritty food was followed by watching the neighboring table receive an enthusiastic "Happy Birthday" song and cheesecake only seconds after our guest of honor had been tossed his with not so much as a mention of birthday. The manager Dawn explained that they are not Chili's or Applebees and they don't sing unless requested. The lowest option is one star. Management was atrocious and completely unprofessional. They were all over the place. Insulted us and acted as if it were our fault the food was cold. No apologies in spite of several complaints. Their response to one of our group was, "This isn't Applebee's" If only we were at Applebee's..even McDonalds has better service and more equipt managers to handle a complaint. Very disappointed with the place...Since they have new owner,Food it is horrible.....I miss the Old owner was the best place to eat ...... Not going back....
The owner is EXTREMELY unprofessional and so is their GM. Would NOT recommend!!!! Not even worth the one star.
Service a little slow, but good food and really like eating lakeside which is the real reason we came to it.
Absolutely beautiful inside with an even better view over looking the lake! Going to be a great weekend hangout by the outside bar or just a nice date night with a good meal :)
