Fantastic food, friendly staff and management and a gorgeous view of the water and sunset. Definitely recommend!
This restaurant by far is the absolute worst place to eat. I went there on Mother's Day to have a nice relaxing lunch with my husband and 16 month old son. I ordered the special prime rib and asked for it med-rare. When I received my steak it was cooked so well done that I couldn't cut into it.. After sending the steak back, I received the second one that was straight off the meat shelf. NOT cooked at all.. Completely raw. I am giving this a one star only because of our nice, attentive server Tara. My children brought me here Friday at 6 pm for a early mothers day dinner. The place was empty...thought this was odd as it was a Friday night. Well I certainly can understand now. Food is TERRIBLE! We ordered the raw oysters and calamari for an appetizer. The oysters were full of shells and the calamari, chewy and tasteless. I ordered the salmon rare, it was raw, the prime rib was so tough we could not chew it. Loved sitting outside on water. I guess that's what you really pay for. Our first visit today & based on this experience I wouldn't be in a hurry to return. Service was EXTREMELY slow and food was average.
Raw oysters are great. Good size and priced right. My father and I ordered fried fish. What came out appeared to be frozen fish sticks. Was very disappointed. I would not suggest for dinner.
Harborside was exactly what we're looking for...great food with outdoor seating and amazing views. Server & management were very friendly. We'll definitely return next time we're in Florida!
We just had a very bad experience at Harborside. It took well over an hour to get our lunch. It even took over 20 minutes to even get greeted at our table. There were many empty tables around us. There was no communication between the staff. The patrons around us sent their food back....patrons who arrived well after we did received their food first.
