I needed to have a crown re-cemented, and I was treated with care and concern by all involved. I was seen the same day I called, and Dr. Bakland was able to put me at ease (although it was my first time there) with his humorous yet professional manner. The job was completed in a short time and his work was excellent. In addition, the office staff was pleasant and polite.

I appreciated the hygenist and dentist explaining each step of the appointment clearly and with sensitivity. These are professionals in method and in patient communication. Am actually looking forward to the next cleaning.

When people tell me they hate or afraid of the dentist I tell them to go to Harbor Cove Dental. I have had horrible experiences with dentists in the past and I have searched for years to find someone I feel comfortable going to. I finally found Harbor Cove after seeing them at the Cape Ann Animal Aid Dog Day in 2013 when they were giving out dog bones, tennis balls and towels to the dogs. I have been bringing my 5 year old daughter to this wonderful dentist office for a couple years now and I have always been thrilled with how well they treat her and her teeth! She loves it also. I made an appointment for myself last week which was my first dental appointment in almost 20 years and I was so pleased with them as usual, from the service to the amazing friendly staff and the great introductory price for a new client! We will never go anywhere else!

My dentist retired and I was referred to Dr Bakland. I called the office to inquire about becoming a patient and they were so helpful and accommodating. Forms online was helpful and made things easy. They squeezed me in quickly to see Dr Bakland and when I arrived there was no wait and everyone is so friendly and professional. I love the text reminders! Such a convenient location as well. If you love golf there is even a putting green room!

Harbor Cove staff are kind, caring and thorough. I've always found Dr Baakland to be practical and his advice spot on. I'd highly recommend this practice.

Having moved recently, this was my first visit to Harbor Cove Dental. Really nice, modern clean facility. My Hygenist was excellent and the staff were all courteous and efficient. Met with Dr. Bakland who was professional and relaxed. I would recommend this dental service.

blown away by the staff...friendly (where else do you hear laughter at a dentists' office), considerate, thorough, and above all, professional. the care, and equipment is state of the art, and the professional attention to detail, and the attention, and information of dr. bakland sealed the deal. i feel very fortunate to be abel to have access to a dental office with the caliber of harbor cove dental.
