Much better team caring for the complex than before. Being here for years I have seen the good and bad workers. These are exceptionally professional.
I visited the complex and was in awe of the maintenance and upkeep of the grounds and finally got to see my apartment! I have deepest gratitude for the patience and understanding this property has shown during my housing grant process. They worked with me in viewing the property as I tried to submit my grant while everything was in line. I signed a lease for a space that said it would be available 7/18, I visited the complex and was in awe of the maintenance and upkeep of the ground so I'm not concerned that I signed before seeing the space in person. But, I am growing concerned that it is so difficult to get someone to let me know when I'd be able to see the unit especially now that 7/18 has passed and people are either elusive, rude, or non responsive entirely.
