I reached out to Amy, as a veteran suffering with PTSD. She asked me to wait 2 months to make an intake appointment. After the waiting period, I reached out again, and was told she was reorganizing her calendar and would get back to me the following Monday... it's been three weeks of silence. I hope to prevent anyone else from suffering CPS investigations, months of wasted time and energy with absolutely no results - as a result of using the psychological services of Amy Duffy. Aside from rescheduling multiple appointments, ending hour appoints after 45 minutes, and cancelling because her dog was sick - she filed a report to CPS as a result of there being no response to emails and text messages she sent to one parent over a 4 month period. She never called, texted, or even attempted to contact me with any concern... read more
After telling me that they took my insurance, billing tried to charge me $225 for an intake. They charged my card WITHOUT telling me they were going to do so, and without even sending me a bill. They never took my insurance into account either. Try LifeScape in Apex, they're WAYYY better. However, Karen was the intake counselor and she did an exceptional job.
