Here's an idea.... When there's a problem with an order, don't try to argue or belittle a customer. Don't suggest how we choose to order (whether online or over the phone) just apologize for the mistake (which didn't happen) and make it right.
Delivered burnt pizza for the first time in a few years since I been ordering, ordered two pizzas, one was burnt, I called to tell them about it and not only did they make me feel wrong, but they also made excuses as to why it would be burnt no matter what, then I come here and see like reviews, I am done.
After several chances they would rarely get my order right. Don't expect a timely delivery in the evening. Delivery drivers will complain if you ask for a receipt. This will be my last time I ever order from this location.
