Watched employee play with her hair, play with her hair buds, push trash down in the garbage can, all while wearing her plastic gloves, then pick up knife and chop onions.... never washed hands or changed gloves. Manager did Nothing about it....GROSS... This was not the first time I have seen things that should not be happening, but definitely the last. By the way...when working around food, hair should be put up or in a net!!!
Here's an idea.... When there's a problem with an order, don't try to argue or belittle a customer. Don't suggest how we choose to order (whether online or over the phone) just apologize for the mistake (which didn't happen) and make it right.
Delivered burnt pizza for the first time in a few years since I been ordering, ordered two pizzas, one was burnt, I called to tell them about it and not only did they make me feel wrong, but they also made excuses as to why it would be burnt no matter what, then I come here and see like reviews, I am done.
