Poor customer service and rude.
they jumped my sister inside the store!!!
I’ve been waiting on a refund for over 2 weeks,since I never got my food. They’ve yet to refund my $30.19😂 I’ve spoke to about 7 people now. Smh
I stopped in to take a pizza home with me and I decided to take 2 pizzas with me home to Canada I live about 30 minutes away from the border and when I got home it was still warm and tasty I will be doing this again soon as I go back and forth quite a bit and the Lady that helped me out at the counter was great thanks
Ordered a pizza from this location. It was pretty good until i started nawing on a finger nail. Not my preferred choice of pizza toppings...
Ordered online an hour and a half ago for delivery and I am still waiting!!. After calling the store and being assured it was a delay in the order being recieved via the online ordering app; I will not be placing an online order again. Very disappointed. 55 min was quoted , not 90. The store workers are polite and I will leave it on that positive note. ***update. Delivery finally arrived. And of course pizza is cold and soggy. What a waste of $25.00 ***
delivery times are horrible. my food took over an hour and a half to arrive. 5 min after they closed. Food was cold especially the fries. the green peppers and onions were not even cooked on my philly cheese steak sub. Called to complain the next day and got a smug apology excuses and an offer for 10% off my NEXT order. With poor customer service like that, there will not be a next order. I encourage everyone to boycott the Southgate location.
They have the BEST of EVERYTHING here!!!! Always great!!!!!
