Nice place,food so good and yami,love there boba milk tea
Had to wait an hour and a half for delivery and I live less than 2 miles from happy wok!!! Then the driver says he just got to work half an hour after I placed my order.. no delivery drivers?? And to top it off the driver had no pen for me to sign receipt and had to wait for him to go back to his car for a pen! Never again
They are such amazing people and the food is the very best I've ever had I've watched it take a lot of time and effort to making the best food I've ever eaten
I used to be a huge fan of this place till the delivery driver acted like a fool towards our babysitter. When you make someone feel threatened or uncomfortable and you are then asked about this behavior, you don’t blow up on the customer and call them names.. reconsider giving this place business.

Semi happy wok...was busy and we live over on the east side...but almost waited 2 hours for delivery...then the delivery guy didnt even know where I was. Ugh! Food was decent tho.
I became a loyal customer when they first opened. In the last couple months there seems to be a change. Tonight proved that. We placed an order and picked it up on our way home, when we got home the sweet and sour sauce was missing for our chicken. I drove back across town to only be treated as though I was in the wrong and told that they put the sauce in the bag. I would not have drove back across town for something if we had it. Have been frequently visiting since they opened and always pleasantly impressed with the speed of service and quality/quantity of food. Today's visit not up to par with previous ones. Both orders of beef on stick were very burnt, the chicken sesame sauce was very runny, and I waited longer than I ever have for my order (about 20 minute difference). Hoping it was just an off day.
Used to be my favorite Chinese restaurant. Something has definitely changed. The dining room is not a relaxing place anymore unless you like to here the delivery woman bitch about her crappy tip she just got or listen to the front counter people talking on their phone on a personal call like nobody's in the room, and the waitress sitting at a table looking at her phone while people are waiting for another water or their check. Food has also went down in quality and freshness. Used to go at least once a week. May not be back.
