Called and placed order. Was told 20-minutes. Showed up 25-minutes later, at which time they started my order, which took a bit over 20-minutes. If you’re not going to start an order until someone gets there, let them know. I HATE BEING LIED TO!!!
We’ve been ordering from here since we moved back to Erie almost three years ago. Never had a problem until last night. We ordered online for delivery and the website estimated delivery qt 6:49PM. At 7:15 I called to see if our order was ok. It was almost 7:25 before the busy signal on the number stopped. The person who answered the phone took our address and said the food was out for delivery.
