Look like its goin to be great place i love how people can have great ideals
Very unprofessional! Made an appointment with owner to get my hair touched up and my roots colored. I got to the salon where I sat in the owners chair and watched her talk on the phone and flat iron and curl her hair, she also went out of the salon talking on the phone. I sat in that chair for at least a half an hour, finally I got tired of waiting and walked out. Funny thing they had the nerve to call my cell phone, I didn't answer. I went to the natural hair salon 3 doors down. Naturally Beautiful, they did a great job.

Social media have given ppl way too much of a platform. However, reviews can be vice versa. No shade 😉 however a customer books a last minute same day appointment, arrives late with a touch up appt and impromtu color request (meaning unsure of color u want until U arrive) and yes, after discussed, while our salaried assistant retrieve and prepare color, it's often fair that a stylist can take sum "me time" to bump a curl or two and take a business call. SUPER IRRITATED! Maya is the worst at this point! I called her to see if we were on for my 6pm appointment and she says yes. I walk in the door at 6:01 and she has a guy in her chair. Then she come to me at 7:45 saying she had to do a little girls Braids right quick, is that ok.? Hell no, but what am I to do and it's my birthday, but sit here since I couldn't find anyone else to twist me on such short notice. 8pm they got the shampoo girl to twist me and this is her first time doing someone else head and Maya is out the door... read more
Tanisha is the best stylist I've been to since starting my locs. I've referred several ppl since then. I will always go back when I'm in Detroit!
