I’ll keep it factual but firm because what upsets me most is the lack of communication. They canceled my son’s established one-year appointment without contacting us first, without explaining anything, and without giving us a chance to update his insurance or plan for the visit. We have been going to Happy Pediatrics for over a year now. Dr. Srey and the team are incredibly kind, patient and focused on the child and the family in front of them. The office is always clean and calm. We are so appreciative of their care and support.

Dr. Srey is a wonderful pediatrician, and we’re so grateful to have found her. When we had a concern about our daughter, she squeezed us in right away and made sure we got the right testing done. She’s incredibly attentive, and her assessment was spot on. What we especially appreciate is that she leans into the holistic side of things while still being thorough and evidence-based. Long story short: this office caused a huge delay of care to my son. As a fellow medical professional, I booked an urgent appt for my son to have an exam on his left knee one week after an e-bike fall. I requested that he be ordered an MRI due to abnormal palpitation of his knee and surrounding tissue, increased pain and decreased mobility. After a quick examination, I was told he did not need the MRI and to continue to ice/elevate. I had a very disappointing experience with this pediatric office. The office itself is clean and looks nice, but when my child became sick, I learned they do not offer timely sick visits. I was told the earliest available appointment was about three weeks away. What concerned me most was that the doctor did not personally evaluate my child, even through a video visit. Instead, I spoke with office staff, who relayed information to the doctor and said I would receive a call back within 24 hours. I was later given advice and an... read more
