Amazing doctor and staff. This is the first pediatrician my son has ever been to. We are never rushed. We're always brought in to the room quickly. She genuinely cares and listens to our concerns. Front desk staff are also always kind and respectful. Overall wonderful service!
The beginning was pleasant with this office until it wasn't. The front desk & the doctor do not care about your children's needs only what benefits them. Whenever my son was sick, had a fever, crying night after night in pain & needed to be seen by the doctor they refused to schedule an appointment for him. I called in very concerned about his pain several days in a row & they kept insisting the pain was caused by teething (even though they never saw him in person) & that the doctor was too busy to see him.
