I would give 0 stars if I could to post this review but it won't let me post otherwise. If you have an at-risk teen with mental health & eating disorder, don't bother making an appt. We had an appt. schedule for weeks. We show up for the appt and were told it was canceled w/ no explanation. I showed them that I have the appt confirmation email. receptionist said that was the cancelation. NO! It was the confirmation; I actually have 2 of them. This practice is the MOST uncommunicative practice I have come into contact with. Given that they are pediatricians, their lack of communication is particularly egregious. My nephew and his parents have been seeking care from the Dr. for more than two weeks for a very sensitive issue, and has been given the run around every time. This place is UNREAL! WARNING! DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE!!!! I have never seen such bold face negligence in my life, and to see it in a PEDIATRICS office of all places is sickening. At this point I don't care care to call this woman a doctor, I don't care how much schooling she's done. Doctors CARE for people. Pediatricians TREAT children screaming in pain. Hi Dr., Since posting reviews is what it takes to get a response from you regarding my son's referral, here's another review. Please give us a call, as your office staff has communicated to you repeatedly over the last two weeks that we are waiting on a call back from you regarding my son's urgent medical condition, and we have continued to be ignored. I will be filing a complaint with the State Medical Board if we do not receive a call from you directly this week. We look forward to hearing from you.
