Exceptional care from Dr Srey. She is kind and caring and patient. Very thoughtful and thorough appointment for my toddler. The office is clean and happy! Staff is friendly and professional.
My daughter has been going to Dr Srey since shes been born - she is now 7 months old. Whenever I had an issue or a concern she would provide the best care for her. Whenever I have concerns I can speak honestly to her. With each conversation I am only more convinced she truly cares about her patients & am thankful she is my daughters doctor.
I’ll keep it factual but firm because what upsets me most is the lack of communication. They canceled my son’s established one-year appointment without contacting us first, without explaining anything, and without giving us a chance to update his insurance or plan for the visit. We have been going to Happy Pediatrics for over a year now. Dr. Srey and the team are incredibly kind, patient and focused on the child and the family in front of them. The office is always clean and calm. We are so appreciative of their care and support.
Dr. Srey is a wonderful pediatrician, and we’re so grateful to have found her. When we had a concern about our daughter, she squeezed us in right away and made sure we got the right testing done.
