Amazing Facility – I was recommend by my friends who has boarded at this place. I didnt believe how nice it was until I went to take a tour myself. I have to say this is the most professional, clean, friendly boarding place I have visited. The staff is very friendly and really took the initiative to know what my dog liked to do. When asking them how my dog spend time there, they really gave details that I know is my dog's personality. Now everytime I pass by the store, my dog drags me in to say hi. Very impressive facility.
The best place ever! – I took my pet to Happy Paws for the holidays and I couldn't of been happier. I was able to watch my pet on the webcams throughout the day and the handlers were great. The rates for boarding are good especially in Manhattan and they are on top of all vet info before your pet boards. I don't trust many places to watch my baby but I will use them again. Overall, a clean, fun place for your family member with fur. Cheers!
Great Resort – My dog loves this place! Great employees & great daycare rooms with webcams. My dog never smells coming out of this place like all the other places I went to. I know my dog enjoys being here because even blocks away, he guides me to the front door. Their retail boutique is priced very reasonably. Highly recommended.
A Dream come True! – I have searched and searched all over New York City for a place like Happy Paws.This has got to be the most spacious and cleanest Broarding/Daycare facility in N.Y.C.and the caregivers are always happy to see me and my dog.My dog comes home tired and it is obvious in his behavior that he is given lots of love.I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else.Thank you Happy Paws !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :-)
Impressive Dog Resort – After being dissapointed boarding my dogs in several of the boarding places in lower manhattan I happened to walk by this place one day. I was really impressed with the tour that was given to me. I have since boarded my dogs there on several occasions and I must say its really a peace of mind to be able to bring them here where I know they are treated with love and they have so much fun! Mixed service – I took my Happy Paws shortly after it opened and was initially pleased with their service. However, on the off chance, we looked at the web cam one afternoon and found that nobody was playing with the dogs. We put in a complaint, over the phone, but still, an hour later, five or six dogs were looking around, bored to tears, while the "play supervisor" messed around with her cell phone and didn't once interact with them. Needless to say we have never been back.
Pretty Cool – This is a cool place! I had my dog board here overnight and I love how big the kennels are. i like how my dog is not in a kennel the whole time, instead my dog is playing in a daycare room with other dogs most of the day. I was able to login the webcam and see my dog having fun! I would definitely recommend this place!
Wow Wow Wow – This is the biggest doggie daycare/boarding place in new york city! They have webcams in all their daycare rooms. I love being able to watch my dog playing with her friend the whole day long. The first time I was there, the staff showed me their boarding area and I couldn't believe how big the kennels are. They even have overnight suites. I know I will definitely book one of those when I go away on vacation. The staff is friendly and the place is CLEAN!!
Good place for daycare – It's the most expensive place I've taken my dog to and they still have a lot of kinks to work out (especially with customer service and the web cam which was down the whole day my dog was there), but the place is nice, clean and bright and my dog had a blast while she was there.
