Every time we make an appointment, there’s still a long wait before someone gets started on us. The manager is rude. The last time I came in, I had an appointment and when I made the appointment I made it very clear that I couldn’t wait because I had somewhere to be at a specific time after my appointment. He assured me it would be no problem. We arrived early for our appointment and nobody was available. I am always taken very good care of here. This is the only shop I get my nails done. Their prices are great and staff is friendly and professional. Love this spa
