had a bday party there feb 8th and everyone was sick 2 to 3 hours later

The manager was very rude, the staff ignored us most of the visit and the food was awful.
Service was good but the pizza was terrible. We couldn’t even finish it. Bread stix were the only thing that was edible. Waste of $38
I love Happy Joe’s pizza! A must every time I am back in Iowa. Come to California!!!

Nothing is made fresh, all frozen, except the dough for the pizza.
We are from out of town and just arrived and needed a good fun place to eat with the kids. Half the games were broken down. It wasn’t that busy but it still took half an hour to get our food. The Mac n Cheese was like Mac n Soup and the Caesar salad looked completely processed and not fresh at all. The meatball sandwich tasted like it had been sitting on a hot plate for 3 hours. And on the kids menu it stated that there was “fresh fruit” it definitely came out of a can. Simply disappointed...
